Most people with seafood allergies should avoid coral calcium. Taken from coral reefs, this supplement can cause an allergic reaction in people with seafood allergies. Someone with a seafood allergy could experience the same symptoms-including a rash, swelling, and difficulty breathing-from coral calcium as from eating seafood.
