How do I perform a 40-yard sprint?

Get into a three-point stance position with your feet staggered, one hand on the ground and the other raised behind your body.  Drive your back leg and your raised arm forward.  Sprint as fast as possible for 40 yards.  Decelerate and walk back to the starting line.
