answer

Telangiectasia is the term used to describe visible blood vessels beneath your skin. It is commonly associated with rosacea and may become worse over time. In some rosacea cases, the effects of telangiectasia may be permanent. However, getting proper treatment can prevent telangiectasia from occurring. If prevention is not possible, the appearance of blood vessels can sometimes be reduced with laser surgery or electrosurgery.
