Are visible blood vessels caused by rosacea permanent?

At first you might only notice visible blood vessels during flare ups of your rosacea, but eventually they could become permanent. If this happens, you may be able to reduce their appearance using laser surgery or electrosurgery, although there is a chance of some scarring. If you begin to notice blood vessels visible beneath the surface of your skin, talk to your doctor about how you might be able to get rid of them.
