What healthy lifestyle habits help with RA fatigue?

RA is not merely a joint diseases it is an inflammatory disease.  RA fatigue affects about 88% to 98% of people suffering from RA so it is very common. There are things you can do to alleviate the symptoms of RA fatigue. Some healthy lifestyle habits that can be adopted to help with the fatigue are doing gentle exercises such as stretching or yoga. I would also suggest aqua therapy in a salt-water pool for 30 minutes three times a week. Also, having a nutritious balanced diet that includes protein.
