Is there a cure for eosinophilic pneumonia?

There is no outright cure for eosinophilic pneumonia, although the condition often responds well to medication and may even go away on its own. However, in some cases the condition can recur. When the condition develops into a more severe form called acute idiopathic eosinophilic pneumonia, treatment can go on for months or even years.
