Radiation fibrosis is most commonly caused by radiation therapy as a part of cancer treatment. If your loved one is going through cancer therapy, he or she may have other side effects including fatigue, skin problems, and trouble swallowing. Be encouraging and make sure your loved one is comfortable. Speak with your loved one's doctor to receive the best recommendations for care.
