Who should not take Pulmozyme?

YYou should not take Pulmozyme if you are allergic to Pulmozyme or any of the ingredients used to make Pulmozyme. The most common ingredients in Pulmozyme that may induce allergic reactions are dornase alfa and the cells of Chinese hamster ovaries. Children under five should not take Pulmozyme with out strict doctor's supervision, as there have not been many studies on the effect of Pulmozyme in children three months to five years of age. You may want to talk to your doctor before taking Pulmozyme if you are pregnant, planning to be pregnant, or breast-feeding.
