Who should not take Aldurazyme?

Certain people should not take Aldurazyme in order to avoid potential complications or side effects. If you're allergic to any ingredient in Aldurazyme, you should not take Aldurazyme. Aldurazyme should not be used in children under five years old. If you have lung disease or other breathing problems, talk to your doctor before taking Aldurazyme. It's unknown whether Aldurazyme will harm a fetus or nursing baby, so talk to your doctor before taking Aldurazyme if you're pregnant or breast-feeding. Talk to your doctor if you have concerns about whether you should take Aldurazyme.
