Who should not take Prolastin C?

You should not take Prolastin C if you are allergic to alpha 1-proteinase inhibitor or to any of its other ingredients. You should not take Prolastin C if you are pregnant or breast-feeding. Talk to your doctor before taking Prolastin C if you have or have ever had liver disease, heart problems, or selective IgA deficiency with antibodies to IgA.
