When should I call my doctor if I am taking Kalydeco?

If you are taking Kalydeco (ivacaftor), a cystic fibrosis drug, call your doctor right away if you have any of these symptoms: pain or discomfort in your upper right stomach; yellowing of your skin or the white part of your eyes; loss of appetite; nausea or vomiting; dark, amber-colored urine; extreme fatigue; or unusual bleeding or bruising.

You should also call your doctor if you have any questions about how to take the drug or about possible interactions with other drugs. Also call if you have any side effects that are bothersome or don't go away.
