What are the side effects of Flovent Diskus?

Common side effects of Flovent Diskus include: back pain, nasal congestion or drip, upper respiratory tract infection, stomach problems, bronchitis, headaches, flu, flu-like symptoms, a yeast infection in your mouth, nausea, muscle soreness, mouth and throat discomfort, changes in your voice and cough. These generally do not require a doctor's visit unless they become severe or won't go away.

Call your doctor right away if you experience more serious side effects, such as white mouth sores, cataracts, drastic changes in your weight, fainting, slow development in children, changes in heart rate, numb or prickly sensation in your arms and legs, swollen throat or choking, extreme dizziness or weakness, wheezing or vomiting. Call your doctor if you experience signs of an allergic reaction, such as hives or an itchy rash. Call 911 for swelling of the mouth, lips, tongue or throat.
