What are the side effects of fluticasone topical?

Fluticasone topical can cause both serious and mild side effects. Call a doctor right away if you experience muscle weakness, fatigue, sleeping problems, blurred vision, see halos around lights, mood changes, weight gain or swelling in the face. Also call a doctor if you experience allergic symptoms, such as hives, difficulty breathing or swelling of the lips, tongue or throat.
Make an appointment to talk to your doctor if you experience changes in skin color, irritation around your mouth, a persistent headache, swollen hair follicles, stretch marks or itching, burning, peeling, dryness, thinning or softening of your skin.
