Given secondhand smoke, is it worth it to quit if everyone at work smokes?

Yes of course. When you smoke you  take in both inhaled smoke and side stream smoke ,the kind that comes off the ash end of a cigarette. You get a double dose.
If you quit but are around other smokers you are still getting side stream smoke and your risk of cancer will decline more slowly than it otherwise would. It will also make it much more difficult for you to stay away from cigarettes.
