Can alternative treatments help pulmonary Langerhans' cell histiocytosis?

There really aren't any alternative treatments that can help treat pulmonary Langerhans' cell histiocytosis (PLCH). However, the most important aspect of treatment for most people doesn't involve any medical procedures -- the best treatment is to simply stop smoking. Counseling or other types of therapy (including yoga or meditation) may be helpful both for quitting smoking and for dealing with the emotional effects of the disease.
