Are there alternative treatments for pustular psoriasis?

There are some alternative treatments for pustular psoriasis. Light therapy is not generally considered "alternative" in treating pustular psoriasis, but being under the hot sun for short periods of time has many of the benefits of the UV treatments done at hospitals. Generalized pustular psoriasis is believed to be related to an overactive immune system, so holistic measures like acupuncture might be options in treating the disease. Their effects on the disease, though, have not been confirmed. Herbs, vitamins, and other homeopathic options are also available, but take time to consult a doctor before mixing natural supplements with prescription medicines.
