Is prolactinoma painful?

Prolactinoma isn't usually painful, but it may become painful as the tumor grows. The symptoms of prolactinoma usually include infertility, breast milk production, and erectile dysfunction. If the tumor grows large enough, though, it may start to press on the optic nerve and can cause headaches, among other problems.
