Most women tolerate Plan B well. Side effects can include changes in your period, nausea, headache, breast tenderness or cramping. Sometimes your next period can come earlier or later than expected. It also may be heavier or lighter than usual. If your period is more than one week late you should take a pregnancy test and follow up with your health care provider.
