What are the risks of using Endometrin?

Each Endometrin vaginal insert contains 100 mg. of progesterone. Drugs containing this hormone may increase the risk for blood clot formation in the legs, eyes, heart and brain. If you develop a blood clot, you could suffer a heart attack or stroke, become blind or suffer other serious consequences. Using products that contain progesterone may also increases the risk for these side effects:

headaches
breast tenderness
bloating or fluid retention
mood swings and depression
drowsiness
