What are the symptoms of placenta accreta?

Vaginal bleeding is the main symptom of placenta accreta. The bleeding might occur before delivery in the third trimester of pregnancy. Otherwise, if placenta accreta wasn't detected earlier, it could be found when your doctor tries to remove the placenta by hand after your baby has been born. The other 'symptom,' therefore, is non-delivery of the placenta. If a half-hour passes and you still haven't delivered the placenta, you may have placenta accreta.
