How do medications treat amniotic sac disorders?

Some amniotic sac disorders may need medications to treat the problems causing the disorders. If pregnancy-caused diabetes is creating an issue, medications may be prescribed to treat the diabetes. In the case of too much amniotic fluid, medications may be prescribed that will slow down the output of fetal urine, which will then keep the amount of amniotic fluid in check.
