How do I manage my situational phobias on a daily basis?

Phobias that develop during childhood often resolve without treatment. Phobias that start during or continue into adulthood, however, usually require treatment. Once you're on a therapeutic or behavioral therapy program, do your best to abide with your doctor's instructions and requests. Be patient with your progress, and do your best to stay calm and keep a firm control over your fear.
