The following people should not take the anti-seizure drug Onfi (clobazam):
- anyone who is allergic to Onfi or any of its ingredients
- women who are pregnant, plan to become pregnant or are nursing
- anyone with a history of mental health problems, especially depression or suicidal thoughts or behavior
- anyone with liver, kidney or lung problems
- anyone with a history of drug or alcohol abuse
