While undergoing treatment with Kyprolis (carfilzomib), an anticancer drug used to treat multiple myeloma, call your doctor if you have fatigue, shortness of breath, fever, chills, chest pain, cough or swelling of your feet or legs. If you have dizziness or fainting, get medical assistance. If you become pregnant while taking Kyprolis, call your doctor right away.
