When should I call my doctor if I am taking Onfi?

When taking the anti-seizure drug Onfi (clobazam), you should call your doctor for the following reasons:

You are considering taking a new prescription or nonprescription medication, herbal remedy, or supplement.
You have been diagnosed with another mental or medical condition, especially a kidney, liver or lung problem.
You learn you are pregnant, or you would like to become pregnant.

You should also call your doctor if you experience any of these physical side effects of Onfi:

trouble sleeping
fatigue
fever
drooling
constipation
cough
urinary tract infection
upper respiratory tract infection
vomiting
difficulty swallowing
problems with coordination
bronchitis
pneumonia
trouble breathing
skin rash, blisters or itching

Call your doctor immediately if you have any of these changes in your mental health:

suicidal thoughts or actions
new or worse depression, anxiety or irritability
panic attacks
feeling irritable, restless or agitated
aggressive, angry or violent behavior
impulsive or dangerous behavior
manic episodes—that is, an extreme increase in activity level and talking
mood changes
unusual behavior
