Possible side effects of Tudorza Pressair (aclidinium), for long-term treatment of bronchospasm associated with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), include headache, common cold symptoms and cough.

More serious side effects are allergic reactions such as rash, hives, swelling of the face, mouth or tongue or breathing problems. If you have these, call the doctor right away. If you have sudden shortness of breath or a coughing bout right after using the inhaler, go to the emergency room or call your doctor immediately.

If you notice increased eye pressure or urinary retention, tell your doctor. Symptoms to watch for include eye pain or discomfort, blurred vision, nausea or vomiting, red eyes, seeing halos or bright colors around lights, difficult or painful urinating or changes in how often you urinate.
