Isometheptene-dichloralphenazone-acetaminophen is a combination product containing three active ingredients that help to treat migraine headaches and tension headaches. Isometheptine narrows the blood vessels, dichloraphenazone is a type of sedative affecting the nervous system and acetaminophen is a pain relief medication. This medication is available under a large number of brands, including Duradrin, Migragesic IDA, Midrin, Migrin-A and Nilodor.
