Inversine is a prescription medication used to treat high blood pressure. Inversine is the brand name for mecamylamine, which is a type of drug known as an antihypertension agent and ganglion blocker. It works by causing your nerves to relax your blood vessels. This allows your blood to flow through the vessels more easily, lowering your blood pressure.
