HMS is no longer available in the United States.

HMS, the prescription drug medrysone ophthalmic, is a corticosteroid used to treat eye inflammation. Inflammation of the eye caused by infection, injury, surgery, or other issues may all be treated with HMS. HMS works by reducing the body’s inflammatory response, which in turn decreases the pain and swelling. HMS has been discontinued in the U.S.
