Esclim, or estradiol trandermal patch, is a patch that delivers estrogen into the body. It is often prescribed to treat menopause symptoms or side effects after the ovaries have been removed. It helps those who experience hot flashes, vaginal dryness/discomfort or osteoporosis. Other brand names include: Estraderm, Vivelle, Vivelle-Dot, Climara, Estrogen Patches and Alora.
