What is Endocet?

Endocet is no longer available in the United States.

Endocet is the brand name of a combination pain reliever that contains oxycodone and acetaminophen. Endocet is intended for people with moderate to severe pain. Oxycodone is a narcotic analgesic (pain reliever) that works by binding to opioid receptors. Acetaminophen is a pain reliever and fever reducer that works by reducing chemicals involved in pain sensation.
