Natroba (spinosad) is a liquid prescription medication for treating head lice that's applied directly to the scalp and hair. How much you use will depend on how long and thick your hair is. Begin by shaking the entire bottle of Natroba well, then apply it to your dry scalp and hair. Once your scalp is covered, apply Natroba outward toward the ends of your hair, wait 10 minutes and rinse thoroughly with warm water.
If your hair is long, or medium length and thick, you may need to use the entire bottle (120mL). Shorter, thinner hair may require less Natroba. If you notice live lice one week after applying Natroba, reapply. Talk to your doctor for more information about treating head lice.
