Jakafi (ruxolitinib) comes as a pill that's usually taken twice a day. If you're unable to swallow a pill, tell your doctor that you can't take Jakafi by mouth. You may be able to receive this drug, which treats the bone marrow disorder myelofibrosis, through a nasogastric tube, which is inserted into the nose. You should be able to do this at home. Your healthcare provide will show you how to prepare the drug and use the tube.
