How soon after starting Onfi will my symptoms improve?

How soon your symptoms improve after you begin taking the anti-seizure drug Onfi (clobazam) depends on how your body responds to the medication and the dose you take. Your doctor will probably start with a low dose and gradually increase it while monitoring your response until you get the greatest benefit with the fewest side effects.

Research has shown that during this "titration" period, the frequency of seizures can drop by 29% to 93%, and that after three months on a maintenance dose of Onfi, people experienced a 41% to 68% decrease in seizure frequency, depending on the dose taken.
