How does live coaching increase my results?

A live coach can help you increase your results by providing you with the right motivation, the right program, and the right nutritional information that will lead you to your goals.  Research has shown that a live coach can help change your attitude toward exercise, which in turn, will increase the intensity of your workout leading to more calories burned each session.  This is important because you must stay motivated and committed to your program and all that goes into it.  There are other factors that should also be considered, such as the program that you are doing during each session.  Having a coach that understands your goals is extremely important because the program design component should be based on those goals and your physical capabilities.  For example, if you are new to exercise and your goal is to lose weight, exercises with higher repetitions and lighter weights should initially be incorporated to focus on building stabilization and strength endurance.  Performing exercises that also increase your heart rate for short periods of time throughout your workout will also be effective for this type of goal and can also be added into this program.  Some examples are jumping rope for 60 seconds or using the elliptical in-between sets.  The calories that you consume each day are also an important factor to focus on if you want to get the best possible results.  You should work with your live coach to determine the proper amount of calories you should be consuming (eating) each day compared to what you are burning each day.  Every goal has different parameters but if we keep the same weight loss goal, for example, you should be consuming fewer calories each day than you are burning to lose weight.  There are many ways to increase your results, but the more that you can dedicate yourself to your program and your live coach, the better your results will be.
