You should not take Bicillin C-R if you are allergic to penicillin or cephalosporin antibiotics. You may not be able to take Bicillin C-R if you are taking certain other prescription drugs or have a history of asthma, allergies, heart disease, liver disease or kidney disease. You may not be able to take Bicillin C-R if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. If you have very little muscle tissue, you may not be able to tolerate a deep intramuscular injection.
