What are the side effects of Penicillin G Potassium?

If you suffer from any of the following side effects from using the prescription drug, Penicillin G Potassium, seek medical help. If you have any swelling of the face, lips, tongue or throat, difficulty breathing or hives, you may be experiencing an allergic reaction to the drug. If you have swelling or bruising at the injection site, headaches accompanied by nausea and vomiting, skin disorders, chills, fever, joint or muscle pain, confusion, weakness, pale, seizures, unusual heartbeat, twitching, muscle spasms or rash you may be experiencing more serious side effects, which require prompt medical attention.
