What are the side effects of Bicillin C-R Tubex?

Bicillin C-R Tubex is the drug product packaged in a specific patented syringe called a Tubex syringe. Common side effects of Bicillin C-R include: headaches; dizziness; nausea; vomiting; mild skin rash; swelling, bruising, pain, skin changes or a lump at the injection site. Bicillin C-R may have some serious side effects. Call your doctor right away and seek medical attention if you experience: hallucinations, fast or pounding heartbeat; watery or bloody diarrhea; swollen glands, joint pain, rash with general malaise; sore throat, fever, headaches; severe peeling, blistering red skin rash; weak pulse, fainting, slow breathing and slow heart rate; strange thoughts or behavior and agitation; easy bleeding or bruising; excessive weakness; darkened urine and yellow or pale skin; decreased urination or lack of urination.

Side effects needing immediate medical attention - call 911- include: uncontrollable muscle movements and trouble with balance, thinking, speech, walking or vision; and confusion. Bicillin C-R may cause allergic reactions in some people. Seek emergency medical treatment - call 911 - if you have any of the symptoms of an allergic reaction; hives; rash; difficulty breathing; tight feeling in the chest; swelling of the eyes, lips, face, tongue, mouth or throat.
