The penis fish, or candiru, is a member of the catfish family that lives in the Amazon River. It can swim into a person's penis or vagina.
When it's a baby, it's translucent and it's very small, so it actually can wiggle its way up there. Once the fish enters a person's body, it begins to grow. The only way to get it out is to operate.
