Does Pancrease have flatulence as the side effect?

In one clinical trial done by the manufacturer of Pancrease approximately 1.5% of patients reported gas/flatulence as a side effect of the drug.  You have some significant medical conditions that you have described above and they could also contribute to what you are experiencing.  If the gas is very uncomfortable or worsens you should discuss it with your doctor.
