The symptoms of pancreatic cancer often include jaundice in which the skin and the whites of the eyes may become yellow; abdominal pain; back pain; weight loss or appetite loss; and unexplained fatigue. However, in many cases, the early stages of pancreatic cancer, including stage 1, may not cause these symptoms, or the symptoms may be mild. The more advanced the cancer is, the more likely it is you will experience symptoms. Symptoms may also depend on the location of the tumor in the pancreas.
