No. Stopping suddenly will throw you into withdrawal and make you very sick or cause serious medical problems.  You should seek the advice of a medical provider, and usually you will be asked to slowly reduce your use of these medications over time. If you can’t do this on your own, you may require inpatient or outpatient detoxification in a more closely supervised medical setting.
