Do antidepressants for psychogenic pain have side effects?

Antidepressants work by changing the levels of neurotransmitters in the brain. This leads to a feeling of well being that can help with psychogenic pain. Antidepressants can have side effects. Common side effects are blurry vision, headaches, upset stomachs, sleepiness or fatigue, dry mouth, and constipation. These side effects generally go away after a few days or weeks.
