Should I take Roxicodone with food?

You can take Roxicodone (oxycodone) with or without food. Roxicodone is a pain-relieving medication that belongs to a class of drugs called opioid analgesics. This medication, which helps ease moderate to severe pain, may cause side effects, such as constipation, drowsiness and dry mouth. However, your chances of side effects are the same whether you take it with food or by itself. Following all of your doctor's or pharmacist's instructions for using Roxicodone can help to limit side effects.
