If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, discuss the risks and benefits of OxyContin with your doctor. Let your doctor know right away if you are pregnant, become pregnant or plan to become pregnant while taking OxyContin. This medication can harm an unborn baby. Breastfeeding is not recommended while taking this OxyContin, because it passes into breast milk and can harm a nursing baby.
