How soon after starting Roxicodone will my symptoms improve?

However, research on oxycodone, the active ingredient in Roxicodone, offers some clues to what you might experience. One study found that postsurgical patients who were given 10 milligrams of immediate-release oxycodone began to feel pain relief within 41 minutes, on average. Pain relief continued to improve for some time, peaking after two to four hours.
