Several products are available to help reduce the threat of wetting accidents. Waterproof disposable pads worn in your underwear can prevent your clothes from getting wet, or you can try adult diapers for larger problems. Men can purchase dip collectors that fit over the penis or a condom catheter that collects urine in a bag attached to the leg to prevent odor and skin irritation. Women can try removable foam pads or useable silicone caps that fit over the urinary opening.
