Pelvic floor exercises can help you control overactive bladder symptoms by tightening and strengthening the muscles of your pelvic floor. Stronger muscles will improve function of the urethra. By doing 10 contracting exercises in the morning, in the afternoon, and at night, you should see results in about four to six weeks.
