How often should I do pelvic exercises for overactive bladder?

When doing pelvic exercises, you should try to complete at least three sets of 10 repetitions a day. With overactive bladder, a program of pelvic exercises can produce impressive results. But it is important to carefully follow the program. If you don't, you may not receive the benefits. If it makes it easier, you may want to make your exercises a part of your normal routine. For instance, you can exercise while watching TV. Or you can fit in a set in the morning before getting ready for work.
