Certain foods can be easier on an overactive bladder and can be substituted for foods that may worsen symptoms. Some of the foods that you can try include:

• Almonds

• Small apples

• Imitation sour cream

• Cooked onions

• Peanuts

• Pears

• Cheese (processed, non-aged)

• Strawberries (only 1/2 cup)

• Low-acid tomatoes

• White chocolate

• Orange, lime zest
